Standard provides a 6-month listing with up to 25 photos. Premium provides a 6-month listing with up to 50 photos. Open House Alerts are included at no additional charge in both Standard and Premium for Metro MLS, RANW and SCWMLS, with up to three open houses included per package. Sellers may submit open house details for entry into the MLS, where supported. Third-party website display or promotion is not guaranteed. The listing broker does not host, schedule or conduct the open house. Additional listing time may be available upon request, subject to the listing broker's approval and applicable MLS requirements.

Both packages include the required Wisconsin licensee visual inspection at no additional charge.

After purchase, the brokerage reviews listing information and required documents before MLS activation.

What is the difference between the $299 and $349 packages?

What does Open House Alerts include?

Is ShowingTime support included?
ShowingTime support is included at no additional charge in both Standard and Premium for Metro MLS, RANW and SCWMLS, where available through the applicable MLS and listing brokerage. Availability is not guaranteed in every MLS. ShowingTime support does not mean showings are automatically scheduled or conducted; sellers remain responsible for coordinating property access and showings.
How long does each MLS listing run?
Both packages run for 6 months. Additional listing time may be available upon request, subject to the listing broker's approval and applicable MLS requirements.
How many photos can I include?
Standard allows up to 25 photos. Premium allows up to 50 photos. Choose Premium if you need up to 50 photos.
Can I add optional upgrades?
Second MLS Listing is an optional +$150 purchase during checkout. MLS availability and listing requirements are confirmed after purchase. ShowingTime support where available and Open House Alerts are already included in both base packages at no additional charge.
Are there closing fees or commissions when my home sells?
No. You pay one flat fee up front. Our listing service charges no closing fees, transaction fees, success fees or percentage-based listing-side commissions.
